Buchach Cheese Making Plant is a modern dairy enterprise specialising in processing milk and producing various dairy products, in particular hard cheeses. It is the leader among dairy enterprises in Western Ukraine and is among the best enterprises of the Ukrainian dairy industry.

The plant constantly works on the questions of environment protection, using alternative sources of energy, energy- and material saving equipment, new effective production technologies, and also actively participates in the social life of the city, the district and the region, engages in charity and sponsorship.

Buchaсh Cheese Making Plant product range at the moment includes over 15 products that are made from ecologically clean organic milk with the use of natural components and lactic bacteria cultures.

• In the past 5 years the Buchach Cheese Making Plant has been keeping the title of the winner of the regional “The Best Food Goods of Ternopil” contest.
• In 2001 – it participated in The International Exhibition Fair “AGRO-2001″.
• In 2002 – it became the winner of the nationwide Ukrainian Quality Contest in the Ternopil region
• In 2003 –by the results of the “100 Best Food Goods of Ukraine – 2003″ the two of its products, the “Homemade” sour cream and the “Duplet” hard cheese were awarded silver medals.
• In 2004, its Dutch cheese won the top title of the Ukrainian Quality contest of “100 Best Food Goods of Ukraine”.
• In 2006, Buchach Cheese Making plant received a gold medal for the cheese” Maasdamer and a bronze medal for the cheese “Dutch” in the category “Hard Rennet Cheeses ” at the specialised exhibition “Dairy and Meat Industries of the XXI Century”.
