Duplet cheese

Fat – 50%. bar weight – 5-6 kg, shape – rectangular.  The color of this cheese – from the ivory hue to tender carrot. Sometimes with holes. Taste – gentle and soft, slightly sour-ish.

The cheese is good for breakfast as well as a snack or dessert, goes well with black grapes, nuts, fruits.  It goes really well with red or pink medium wine, beer.
