Fat – 50%. Bar Weight – 5-6 kg, shape – rectangular.
Large-holed cheese with big, beautiful cherry- or pea-sized holes.
Colour – matt yellow. Taste – aromatic, mild, milky flavour, slightly spicy.
Ideal as a dessert with berries, as a snack, goes well with nuts, olives, in vegetable and fruit salads.
It perfectly compliments red and pink semi-dry wines.
